Font d' Or is the mineral water that inspires confidence. Its composition never varies as it is obtained from just one source, in the Montseny-Guilleries massif, at a height of 1,000 m. Its mineral content gives rise to excellent sodium/potassium and sodium/calcium ratios that activate the biophysiological mechanisms for a healthy hydration and maintain the body's water balance. Font d’Or along with the National Scientific Research Council of Spain (Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas-CSIC) has been investigated this properties.
Font d'Or water is characterised by its extraordinary purity and its mineral balance, which aids digestion and a good natural hydration. This is why it has always been recommended for the preparation of baby food. It is much used in the world of gastronomy –prestigious chefs and many housewives use it, because of its qualities, as a basic element in the preparation of dishes.
Considerable efforts are made to maintain the original purity of the water by means of preventive actions, collecting systems, aseptic storage and packaging (elaborated with materials of the highest quality for food products), and systematic quality controls in all the phases of the process through to the finished product. The result is Font d' Or, water known for its quality and balanced mineral composition.
